Luxero.win ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Luxero.win website ("Website"). We are a premium prize competition platform registered in the United Kingdom.

These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all competitions listed on Luxero.win, including standard competitions ("Standard Competitions") and online instant win competitions ("Instant Win Competitions"). Together, these are referred to as "Competitions".
In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any Competition listing, advertisement, or promotional material, these T&Cs shall take precedence.
To be eligible to win, each entrant ("Entrant") must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the "Competition Question").
- Each Competition will run between the opening and closing dates specified on the Website ("Opening Date" and "Closing Date"). All times are stated in UK time.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend Opening or Closing Dates where necessary. Any changes will be published on the Website.
- Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified and no refunds will be issued.
- The maximum number of entries per Competition and per Entrant will be stated on the relevant Competition page.
- To enter a Standard Competition: visit the Website and select the Competition; answer the Competition Question; select the number of entries; log in or register; accept the T&Cs and complete payment.
- To enter an Instant Win Competition: visit the Website and select the Competition; select the number of entries; log in or register; accept the T&Cs and complete payment.
- Confirmation of entry will be sent electronically once payment is successfully completed.
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, incomplete, or affected by technical issues of any kind.
- By entering a Competition, you confirm that you are eligible, legally capable of entering, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
- Standard Competitions: Standard Competitions: All correct entries are entered into a random draw. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
- Instant Win Competitions: Instant Win Competitions: Prizes are randomly allocated to entry numbers at the time of entry. If an allocated number corresponds to a prize, the Entrant wins instantly.
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
- The Promoter's decision is final.
All draws are powered by Random.org, a globally trusted random number generation service, and livestreamed for full transparency.
- Competitions are open to persons aged 18 years or over, excluding: employees of the Promoter; agents or suppliers directly connected to the Competition; immediate family members of the above.
- The Promoter may request proof of age and identity. Failure to provide this may result in disqualification.
- Automatically generated or incomplete entries are not permitted.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant acting fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to the spirit of the Competition.
- No refunds will be issued once an entry is submitted, including where an Entrant is later found to be ineligible.
- Prizes are described on the Website for each Competition.
- Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Cash alternatives are offered only if explicitly stated on the Competition page.
- Where the Prize is a vehicle, holiday, event, or property, all additional costs, insurance, licences, taxes, and legal responsibilities rest solely with the Winner unless otherwise stated.
- Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
- If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the Prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner or reallocate the Prize.
- The Promoter may publish the Winner's name and winning entry number on the Website.
- Prizes must be claimed personally by the Winner.
- Cash prizes will be paid directly to the Winner's verified bank account.
- Failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death arising from acceptance or use of a Prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence.
The Promoter is not liable for:
- Technical failures, system outages, or lost or delayed entries
- Misuse of a Prize by the Winner
- Any matters beyond reasonable control
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Winners agree to reasonable publicity unless they notify the Promoter otherwise prior to the Closing Date.
- The Promoter may be required to provide Winner details to regulatory authorities.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
- Competitions may be suspended, amended, or cancelled where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.
- Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.
- These T&Cs are governed by English law, and Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
